Note: I am posting this early because of the pending Holiday Weekend. Feel free to wait until Sunday to post as I will be logging in on Monday to tally the week's results.

Hey Team PoF, how did the Fourth week go for you.

For the good of the group, please post your swim totals for the week (18th-24th) even if it is zero.

Oh, and if you are so inclined, maybe also a bit about how your training week went.

Hey Pacific Ringers
On a buzz from a great H2O session this morning , It helps that I had my own double wide 50m for most of the session.

I can feel a little stiffness in my shoulders all week and its probably a combo of too little sleep and increased
swimming volume. I am approaching Olympic and HIM distance in freestyle intervals. Freestyle volume was 1300 today.
Total Distance 3600m for the week . Only the open water session is left. BRRRR! ,It will have to be a lunchtime deal as it's Frosty cold here in the AM.
Hope everyone is having a good week . It' s Fun to have little challenge going during the Off season.

HAppy Holidays .....
