Subject: Training question
Have a question about the planned running for tomorrow (yeah right).

My training log says:

Run Speed
Speed/Efficiency
30
WU: 10'
MS: 8-12 x 15" pick-ups, (strides) - about as fast as 5k pace - quick NOT all out -with FULL recovery, these are meant to be very fast.
CD: 10'

WU is warmup and CD are cool down; what is

MS: 8-12 x 15"???

For the 10 minutes that comprise the main set (MS), you will be running at a fast 5k (fast) pace for 15 seconds ( 15" ) and with a full recovery in between (about a minute) repeating for 8-12 times.  Make sure you are warmed up for these.

Gotcha. I have done this type of running before; typically 1 minute of running fullout, followed by a recovery pace.
