It was a great week, followed by another week of promise! I am going to miss a few outdoor workouts now cause of the second bout with that damn stomach bug!

But the goat had fun in the Ice!!!

I was looking through the results and noticed I had a goose egg for week two.  I think I mustve forgot to report or something.  Here is what I should have:

11/22 Bike - 89 mins * ( 0 [45F] + 2 [11 mphs winds + 1 [sub-50F bike]) = 267

11/25 Bike - 97 mins * ( 0 [40s] + 0 [slight wind] + 1 [sub-50F bike]) = 97

344 pts for week 2

 Joe, can you add these in?  Thanks donkey!
