Subject: Strength Challenge - Week 19 CHECK IN

I feel embarrassed starting this thread.  I didn't get back to the weights like I said I was - although I did get the tri-sports going again.  Today I did get my first strength session in for the New Year.  I will have results to report next week (week 20)

I hope you guys did better then me!

My set of Dips is because we did a little different Flat Bench workout.  So I was spent when we got to Dips

Way to get back on it!  

I paid for my workout/racquetball last week.  Hamstrings and glutes were talking to me for a few days.  Then I was fighting off some crud.  Today was my first session in a while.  But I actually wanted to do it!!!
