I will have results to report next week (week 20) I hope you guys did better then me! Way to get back on it! I paid for my workout/racquetball last week. Hamstrings and glutes were talking to me for a few days. Then I was fighting off some crud. Today was my first session in a while. But I actually wanted to do it!!! |
