Hey everyone. Finally getting back into tris after a 3 year break to fix up a house and have two lovely children. Worked up to a half iron before my hyatis. To stay involved I launched a site www.multisportcast.tv. It's a sight that offers video clips ect on all aspects of training. It's also available as a podcast. It's new, small but growing. Just trying to provide people with the info they need to help train, ect. As well as learn myself. would love any feed back/suggestions.
Information is power!

thanks so much. Want to create a place that offers all the traing and ect to help with the season.
if there is anything you would like to see give a shout. The people on the show are very accomidating for producing the materaial we all want to see. Also the are all up for any questions that some visual explaining might be of greater assistance. and as always all comment are greatly appreciated.
