If anybody has an interest on May 19th there is going to be a triathlon in Greensboro. Pool swim. Kid's triathlon. I guess a little bit of everything.

Yes, I am doing this one too. My kids are doing it too. My first one will be this weekend at Tanglewood in Winston Salem. Excellence triathlon. I hope I survive the May 12, to make it to the May 19 one.
I am excited and nervous.
