Subject: handlebars
getting back in to tris
now what is better traditanal handlebars with aero or the cow horns with aero i just purchased a devinci poduim and need this advice

It all depends on what you are comfortable. The goal is to be as flat on the bike as possible, but if yo can't hold it for 90 percent of the race it won't help. A good bike shop should let you try out a variety of bars.

Make sure that you don't get aero bars that limit your hand positions. I went from having multiple hand postions to having limited hand postion. Not a big issue, but just something that I wished I would have know.
