Subject: Mass subscribe / unsubscribe to forums?

Is there a way to set things up such that I get an email whenever someone posts to a specific forum (like Massachusetts, for example)?  I tried the Mass subscribe / unsubscribe to forums
function on the control panel, but the only choices I had were the mentoring forums.
