Problem with top chain ring. Had to remain in low ring entire race. Slowed pace a bit but helped save legs for 2nd run.

1st mile was on the verge of cramping. Running alone, had trouble pacing myself. Last 2 miles overtook 3 runners and greatly improved pace.
