Subject: Is there a problem with the Training Logs feature ?

Whenever I click on the "Edit Today's Log" link I get the following error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'
Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'and'.
/discussion/training/add-event.asp, line 883

Doesn't seem to matter if it is a day with any data or not . 

any ideas ?
