Subject: Bike leg mount / dismount techniques
Any articles out there discussing the techniques and hopefully a few tips regarding a flying mount out of transition and then doing that whole stand on one side of the bike thing to dismount? Thanks.

I've gotten the 1 legged dismount down, but need some advice on the 'flying mount'
