RaceLink feature

From my Training Log, I can access a particular race's RaceLink page on my Races page or under Planned Races. Clicking on the RaceLink link, I thought there would be a list of everyone who had this race on their Races page or Planned Races list, even if they haven't finished a race report yet. Am I not understanding how this feature works?

I have California International Marathon (CIM) in my Planned Races list, but when I click on RaceLink, I don't see any of the other people who are signed up for it, even though I know others who are (for example, spokes). The only thing listed is a race report from someone who did the race last year. In fact, when I go to spokes' training log and click on the RaceLink for his Planned Race for CIM, I see the same thing -- no one signed up, only a race report from last year.
