Comments: Stuck with my training routine of running 27 minutes and walking 3. Didn't have to walk extra. First half seemed easy. Suffered through miles 17-23 and pace slowed considerably but picked it back up for the last three miles when I realized I really would finish. What would you do differently?: Drank too much the first half....second half was probably just about right. Lost some of my gel on the run and didn't really take enough nutrition over the last hour or so. Post race
Warm down: walked back to condo What limited your ability to perform faster: Considering that last Christmas I was excited that I ran 3 miles consecutively without stopping, don't feel like I could hope for much more at this point. Last updated: 2004-11-06 12:00 AM
