Subject: I'm technology challenged

I need help. I want to change my avatar to a Peanuts Gang avatar. Admittedly, I have no clue how to do it. Step-by-step instructions would be helpful.

A. Find picture that you like, from a Google Image search.

B. Assuming you are using some Windows operating system here - save that image to the hard drive, the C: drive.  Better to save it to your desktop or to a different folder, NOT the root of C:

C. MOST IMPORTANT-In the Internet Explorer browser under "Tools", choose "internet options" and then "delete files" (not sure why this is important, but cleaning the cache is good sometimes)

D. In your BT account, open (click on the option) Control Panel, scroll down, locate

Upload profile image:
Upload profile image:

click on the Browse button, locate where you saved the image, select that image file, and click the Go button.

You may need to refresh your browser before you'll see the new image.
