I can't seem to find the instructions for adding an avatar.  Any help would be appreciated greatly!   Thank you so much!

Go to your control panel:

http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/profile/controlpanel.asp

Scroll ALL the way down and it will be in the bottom left uploader box.

I think 80kb max.  GIF, JPEG, BMP.
