Subject: planned workouts by rss OR plain text workout reminders
Looking to get planned workouts on my mobile device. I tried having next day's workout emailed at 9pm but the HTML formatting is illegible on iphone. any pointers? 2 possible options I see:

1. rss feed of planned workouts. i found rss feed of actual workout, but no feed of planned workout.

2. workout email fomatted in plain text or other similar minimal format

Any pointers?

I will look into getting RSS support for planned data...even simplifiying the email workouts to simple text...

Ok, the RSS for both should work.  Just go to your planned or actual blog view and use the RSS button.
