Subject: How to Log Kettlebells

For those of you that do Kettlebells, how do you log them into the site here?

 When I go to log a strength train, it asks me to pick a certain body type.  Well, with the type of KB workout I do, I basically cover the entire body in abou 45 minutes, a couple/few times a week.

Any ideas how to input this?

Ron graciously added some KB stuff to the logs when I asked him. For snatches, under the ADD NEW EXERCISE dropdown menu, choose LEGS. You will then see kettlebell snatches in the dropdown list. I forgot to have him add swings, but I just log those under snatches. For presses, choose SHOULDERS, kettlebell presses. For Turkish Getups, choose ABS.

Ron is great about responding to our requests. If you want more exercises added, just PM him or Marmadaddy.

My typical workout rotation for KBs is this:

 

3 x 8 (or 10) - Two Hand Swing

3 x 8 (or 10) - One Hand Swing (each hand)

3 x 8 (or 10) - Clean (each hand, starting from hanging by side)

3 x 8 (or 10) - Press (each hand, starting from Clean position)

3 x 8 (or 10) -  Squat (usually bottoms up)

You can always just write that up in the comments section in your log. That's generally what I do.
