Subject: To Hire or not HireHey Ya'll
I am really trying to figure out if i should hire a nutrition coach to help me get ready for my first tri in 5 months ( a sprint )
I am an avid bodybuilder but have taken a break to attempt this. So i have nutrition down, except not when it comes to nutrition for a tri!!
I also would like to get to about 9-10% bodyfat while prepping for the tri, i am currently at 14%.
Would people reccommend a coach as its not outrageous pricing for a decent one (350 for 12 weeks ) or should i take my knowledge and apply it to tri training.?
Any guidance is appreciated. I know i wont finish in top 10 for my first one, but i want to try and place top 50. I am competitive, so i don't know if that changes anyone's opinion of which way to go.
