Best BLOG hosting service?

Hey everyone!

I need to start a professional looking BLOG for business purposes.  I don't know much about the best available hosting services.  Everyone here is so knowledgeable, I figure someone would have an excellent answer.

Ideas, anyone?  It doesn't have to be free - although if there is a good free one without a lot of advertising I'd consider it.  Cheap is good, however.
