1 banana
half cup strawberries
half cup blueberries
half cup red raspberries
8 oz. OJ
3 heaping teaspoons of vanilla MET-RX
Creative Choice
1 banana
1 cup strawberries
8 oz. pineapple juice
(You can also add MET-RX for protein )
