Subject: Abbotsford tri swim group??
I've been contacted by someone in Abbotsford looking to swim and train, pool and openwater. Our club is in Chilliwack, though. She's perfectly welcome to join us, but just thought to check here to see if anyone in Abby is also tri training and could hook up with another person more locally. If there is, I'll let this person know to check this site.

I've been trying to train for a Tri as well in Abby and have been going to the masters swim classes at ARC pool. They are Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 to 8:30 at night. The coach is really good. She went to the states when she was a teenager on a scholarship for swimming. Everyone there basically has the same goals. I Find it has helped me. Tell her to post here if she needs more info. I no a lot of people in abby training .

Thanks much! I've given her the link to see this posting. In fact, you may meet her at a future Abby Masters swim as she mentioned starting swimming there soon.

I think they only run until may. You can let her know that the next session starts on Monday. I think it's about $50 for 8 sessions
