Subject: First brick today.. (plus we swam too)My workout partner and I did our own little mini tri this morning. We swam at the indoor pool for 20 minutes, got straight out and went out and got on our bikes and biked for 20 and then ran for 20 minutes. This was my first brick workout of any kind and it felt great! So happy it went smoothly. First mile sucked running..but we maintained an 8:30 pace throughout the run! Yea! |
