Subject: RE: 3x For Each Sport Per Week (Olympic Distance)So here is a typical week I'm planning.
3x swims squad for 1-1.5 hours.
3x runs (1x long and 2x medium short, building up to 1 hour 20 for the run and maybe 40 mins for the 2x shorter runs )
3x bikes (1x bunch ride, will pull out 1/2 way through, maybe 2-2.5 hours and then 2x shorter ones for 1-1.5 hours )
I'll take 2 rest days, train twice every other day except sunday with my long bike ride.
I'll do stretching after my runs and on my off days. I may go for a 30 min walk on my rest days if I feel up to it. If the bikes are too much, I'll cut the bunch ride down to 2 hours.
