Subject: Lake Stevens OWS
Looking for anyone who is interested in swimming Lake Stevens. I swim in the A.M. Mon. Wed. and Fri. but can be flexible with time and days if anyone is interested.

Yeah, I've been thinking about doing some more lake swimming.  I live northeast Lake Stevens--about 5-1/2 miles away--and did my first OWS of the season in the North Cove area.  Is there another part of the lake that is nicer or is North Cove the best?  What time do you like to get there?  Looks like it's best to do stuff fairly early in the morning, as it gets windy as the morning progresses! (I'm not fond of anything more than just a slight breeze!)

Hey, great North Cove is typically where I swim as well.  I think it is the least boat traffic, although I am swimming in the morning and it's pretty quiet.  I am there from 6-7am on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.  If you would like to meet me there, I have some flexibility with the times, just let me know what works for you.

Wow, you are early!  Around 9 a.m. would be more like it for me--more time to wake up, eat and let breakfast settle.  (I'm better at going running early, but not swimming.) So maybe next week? (My husband will be off work the next three days for the holiday weekend, so I'll be busy the rest of this week.)
