1. "It only hurts if you care" (in reference to dealing with the pain of a tough workout)

2. "Is this when we put the 'hurt' on?" (said on a 20 mile pre-marathon run at mile 17... the answer was no!)


Fred....that's my siggy from you!  I've had it typed in there since you taught me to swim with the black band and said that over the winter, just never realized I didn't have it marked yes to show the signature until yesterday!    I love that one!
