Subject: "Barklet"
 A term for when you successfully argue with your S.O. on your trainer and keep your RPM's as planned through it all.  I think it's worth an little extra in the effort category.  Maybe a brick??

or just going for a run with and chasing the dog, kinda like speedplay like fartlek swimming.

BTW, indeed some added effort to your training, put that in the record somewhere.
