Subject: Training Plan Terminology
I am looking to follow the 1/2 ironman plan offered on this site

http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=52

What does "200swim, 200kick, 200pull, 200swim" mean in day 1 of week 1.

Expect more questions to follow

Swim (freestyle) 200 yards (or meters) straight; then kick 200 straight; then swim 200 straight with a pull buoy between your legs; then swim 200 more.

Many pools have them available for use.  If you don't know that yours doesn't, you might want to check.
