Subject: Stationary BikeWell I dont have an HRM yet so I am not putting my faith 100% on the bike but I noticed when I am on a stationary bike I put it on level 11 which is good resistance and puts me averaging about 18 mph. I do not get winded at all and the highest my HR goes is like 108. What do I need to do to get my HR above 120? Should I lower the level and raise my cadence? My legs seem to give out way before I get my HR to my target. I go for 45-55 minutes a time. |
