Subject: RE: Smoothie Help!I use a very basic and simple recipe -
8oz skim milk
handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen )
handful of blackberries (fresh or frozen )
4-5 strawberries - sometimes I'll throw in half a banana
1 heaping scoop of whey protein (I prefer vanilla-flavored, but will use whatever I have on hand )
A few ice cubes
Throw it all in a blender (use a good one with an ice-crushing blade ) until smooth and thick. If you like a thinner consistency, either use more liquid or less ice cubes.
