Subject: RE: Question on training daysI don't think a schedule like that would preclude you from doing a sprint... especially if you are doing 150 miles in 3 days now on the bike. If you can occasionally find a Monday or Tuesday to get a short run or swim in, that might help as well, but I think based on what you said, you'd be fine going 4 days a week.
