Anyone read the 'Start to Finish: Ironman Training" Book, written by Huddle and Frey, published by the M-Dot people?

It has a pretty detailed 24 week plan albeit fairly swim heavy, wondering if others have used it, read it, etc. Putting together my plan for IM St. George.

I have used the book for all three of my Ironmans. I really like the book. The only thing I changed was adding an extra run on Wednesday during the build period. This way I was running 5 days a week.

I've used this book for Ironman Canada. I really liked how it had your run/bike/swim sessions planned out (eg. instead of just saying do an hour of bike intervals it actually tells you particular intervals you could do). For the swimming I just reduced the number of sets till I had a distance I could fit in the swim time I had available that day. I did happen to find a lot of editorial mistakes along the way but if you look past that the training I got out of the book seems solid. I could let you know my full thoughts once I've actually complete my race in a month.

I used the training plan in this book and it worked for me last year.  I hardly ever swam more than an hour at a time though and I probably did about 80% of the plan.
