Subject: ILRA 8/15
I'm coming over tomorrow morning to get a bike/run in. I need to do 5.5-6 hrs on the bike (avg speed 20mph).  Anyone interested?

I'll be at island lake tomorrow doing a bike run brick. But i wont be riding for 6 hours more like 3 then a hour or so run.
