Subject: RE: Just decided to do this Tri ThingChris, I've done my first olympic just two weeks ago and will do the second on the 30th. Take is seriously BUT dont worry too much. All you should have in mind is to enjoy the day out doing some fab activities. Easy program to start is 2 swim + 2 bike + 2 run a week with one of each been a long distance. Take the opportunity to use the shorter repetition to improve speed and do some fartlek trainning as well. You will be FINE! All the best Dario |
