Subject: Changing a Tire
Are there any videos here that show how to properly change a tire??  I started out on my ride today and about a mile in my front tire went flat.   Good thing it happened now instead of on my race on Saturday.

Any help would be appreciated.

Awesome!!!  Thanks for the help.  It looks pretty simple.  I guess I will give it a shot and hopefully it works.  I will need the practice anyway and luckily it didn't happen on race day.
