I received this email today.  I thought I'd share.  It seems late in the season but someone might be interested. 

Starting Saturday the 29th Troy, Tri-Club

 

When: Every Saturday at 8am!

Where: Stony Creek & The Troy Club

Who: All triathletes, aspiring triathletes, runners and cyclists are all invited.

Why: This is a great way to help keep you accountable as well as meet people who are also training like you.

Cost: FREE, It’s included in your membership

 

This week we will be meeting at the stony creek boat launch. If you are planning on coming please send me an e-mail to give me a heads up.

Hey!! I saw that too. Is anyone planning on going? I will be out there running on Sat morning...but training for the Detroit mary now. I am hoping to utilize it during the winter for workouts at the Troy LTF.

Jo, thanks for posting. I was not aware of this! Unfortunately, fall Saturday's are tough for me to make it. Btw MSU Football games and my daughter's cross country meets every Sat., I can not make them. If they do these in the spring, I'll be there!!!! Miss You!

Miss you too.  I am not going to this, just posting it as an FYI.  I'll be at Stoney training doing my long runs but no tri's planned in the future as of right now. 

Nate is a personal trainer up at the gym who I worked with for a couple of sessions.  He has been interested in getting something like this together.  Just helping out.
