New without tags. I've tried this tri top on several times and I guess I'm just not muscular enough to fill it! This is a great training/racing top - Pearl Izumi, Men's size medium - White/Charcoal Gray (nice and cool for the HOT days) $15 shipped in the CONUS. Would consider a trade for a tri top in small, books (Friels' triathlete training bible, and the likes), running hat/visor, etc - try me, I'm just looking to get this to a good home for lots of use, instead of collecting dust in my closet
