Subject: RE: Vibram running shoes/sandals There have been quite a few threads, I'm sure a search of "Vibram" or "VFF" (if that's not too short ) will turn up a lot but here's my take I LOVE THEM. I don't run in anything else and the Bikila's are super comfy. they take some getting used to, you have to start slow and let your achilles and calves get used to it. For me they really helped my form and my knee pain and shin issues just went away. They're also light weight, easy to run in when wet (in case of rain ). I think they're well worth giving a try, just remember it takes time. You're not going out on day 1 and rattling off a lot of miles. I just walked around in mine for a couple weeks before starting to run in them |
