Thank You

Thanks all for the welcome and support, What's really great is that this group really spans the country, laura I'm really envious; the weather must be great any time of the year! I didn't get my profile right but as you can tell from my intro I'm from Maine, I just took my bike for the first road run Easter Sunday and there has been few days since that I have been able to ride. My running is a mix of outside and in, but the days are getting longer and the sun is getting warmer and I'm really getting geared to for outside training, HOO RAH!
