Subject: newbie to sport and BT website questions??I am a fairly experienced runner and have decided to tri a tri. I have uploaded a beginner sprint workout program, and have modified it for my time frames. But i have a couple of questions. 1. when you are training two sports on one day, should they or can they be back to back, or should they be separated by a number of hours. 2. I currently have some weeks where i don' t have a rest day off. i do just one sport, do i need to try to incorporate that day into another day so that i may have at least a day off a week. thanks, Matthew |
