Subject: Someone posted 20 week IM swim plan
A few months ago someone posted there 20 week IM swim plans they wrote with thier wife.  It was a 4 day week plan and cut out all the drills and what not.  I printed the plan, but when cutting them for my baggie I chopped a few workouts.  I have read through several threads but I can not find them.  Was it you?  Does anyone remember?  I am still searching, but dang it would make me feel better if I had them already.
