Subject: RE: Max mileage per week HIM Yes, thanks. I did recreate the plan. Being and advanced plan and assuming FOP, it does put in some overdistance training hence the volumes you saw. If this personally doesn't work for you, or you would like a lesser run volume, there are 2 easy things you can do: 1 - Change it to an Intermediate plan, this will primarily lower the volume overall. 2 - Keep it 'Advanced', but change your run pace from 8min/mile to 9 or 10. If you do it 10min/mile, you will see that your run volumes has you peaking at about 14miles for your long run instead of 18. If you put in 9min/mile it will peak your long run about 16.5 miles. |
