Hi,

I am hoping to do this race TriMemphré on July 31st in Magog, QC

I live in Ontario and am hoping to qualify for the World duathalon Championships,
Is this the only race I need to do? Last year they had the Quebec Cup Races (which I dont understand that system)

The race also serves at the provincial Duathalon championships right? Does anyone have last years results from the provincial championships

Also what is the course like?

Yes, Trimemphré is the only one you need to do to qualify... but, since it's the only qualifier AND a Quebec Cup event, expect the opposition to be FIERCE.

Provincial championship were held in valleyfield last year. So, search "valleyfield" in sportstats.com and you'll have the complete results. If you want to get a better look at your potential opponents, also look for the Verdun, St-Lambert, Drummondville which were all Quebec cup events.

Be prepared for fairly steep hills in Magog, especially on the bike.

What is the run course like?

The duathlon starts at 10:35am right?
