Extreme Veteran 573   IL |  Subject: Free Chipotle!!!I have to start this by saying I eat at the Chipotle by my office so much that they recognize me when I walk in there. Anyway, I faxed in an order for 6 things for me and some of the people at work and went in to pick it up. When I got there the manager walked out, saw me and freaked. She totally forgot to process my order! Anyway, they whipped it together in about 30 seconds and then she hands me the bag and says "sorry, thanks for waiting." I was like, "I haven't paid yet." She was all, "It's on us, I totally forgot your order." AAAAH YEAH!!!!!!!! That's customer service! |

I was going to pay and have them hit me up when I got back with it, so I just told them to keep it. What I should have done was just been like, "don't worry guys, it's on me. You get me next time." lol |
