Subject: Training plan off a dayHelp. My race is on a Saturday and when I downloaded the HIM training plan it worked great. However, because my week starts on Sunday not Monday, all my long runs/rides are on Fri/Sat (not Sat/Sun ) which won't work. Is there a way I can fix this, somehow "re=downloading" it or do I just go through and do yesterday's workout today?ThanksWendi |
