Subject: Introduction Hello all! I've just wrapped my head around the fact that I am ready to commit to a training plan. I'm a 40+ mother of two in not-so-good shape. I need a workout goal that goes beyond vanity, so I decided to train for the triathlon (sprint ). This sport appeals to my competative nature, and with three events, I'm bound to be good at one of them! Sooo... as a newbie I welcome any/all advice and encouragement-especially the encouragement. ;- ) |
