Comments: I really like my breathing, when I got out of lake I was not gasping. I did not swim straight, I kept swimming to right. Transition 1
What would you do differently?: I think I could cut my transition time a little by trying out those quick pull laces. Bike
Comments: None, I was happy with bike part Transition 2
What would you do differently?: I would not have tried to stretch out leg. (There was nothing wrong with leg in the first place, the legs were already stretched out, I do not know why I started to stretch out leg.) As soon as I did that I could feel my left hamstring tighted and cramp. I feel this is the main reason my leg started to cramp up at second mile marker during run. Run
Comments: I was not happy with run, some of it was mental, some of it was the cramp, I know I can do better on run. First mile was 8:45 (I looked at watch) second and third mile way tooo long. What would you do differently?: practice running more inclines (hard in arizona) Post race
