Got a question or suggestion regarding the training logs?  Sunday 2/19, Marmadaddy will be available in the BT Chat User Support  Room from 8:30 to 9:30 Eastern to answer any questions  or to give you a live walkthrough of any particular features.

It's a chance to compare notes with other Performance Users about how they get the most out of the training logs and to learn about features you may not be using.

is this chat accessible via an external irc client? what is the method/protocol for it? i may be a terminal that does not have a web interface and i'd still like to be present.

No, its only through the internal 'BeginnerCHAT' for bronze+....I configured your acct for a 1month bronze to use the chat...
