Subject: Brick training
A rookie question: For the brick workouts, does it matter if you swim first then bike, just like you would in a race? I find it much more convenient to bike than swim as I'm training during the week. Thanks for your feedback! -Maja

You should try and simulate race conditions so that you have an idea how your body feels in that circumstance, but if biking before swimming is all you can do, it surely will not hurt you.
Sometimes I bike to the pool or the beach, swim then bike back....

To be more specific, a brick workout is really a bike followed by a run. Hence the "b" and the "r".

Depending on where one is in their training, a brick can look rather different for everyone insofar as the time on the bike and the time spent running afterwards.
