Subject: RE: Importing multiple plans?Allright, I started importing your plans and here is the problem: I assume the two HIM's are A races? Your first HIM comes right on the heels of your first Oly. So essentially you would have about 2 weeks on the HIM plan for taper. Technically you will be racing your Oly while starting your HIM taper. What you should do is this: 1 - IMPORT THE Intermediate HIM - 16 week race date: 7/8/12. So the plan will start on 3/18/2012. --> for the OLY race date: 6/24/12, just manually adjust the 'race week' for a taper if desired as you are on the HIM Plan. If you are qualifying for the 7/8/12 HIM race, just make the 6/24/12 Oly a 'training day'...keep it easy...don't trash yourself for the HIM. 2 - THEN IMPORT either the last 8 weeks (7/9/12-9/9/12) of either the 16 week HIM plan or the 12 week Oly-HIM Bridge plan. (use the 16 week plan again if you liked it. *Make sure to adjust the 'Import weeks X through Y' - the X number, so that the prior HIM plan does not get overwritten. You can leave an 'empty' week after the first HIM plan...just for recovery, informal workouts. See if this makes sense. I did this with only the 16 week HIM plan per the dates above and got a nice volume graph for both races. |
