Subject: House Rental needed in Tampa
I need a 4 or 3 bedroom house, 1800 square foot or bigger,my family and I need it by the end of the month. Tri take me away is working on something for me, I am really hoping that works out, however time is running out. I have good credit, a wife and two sons, a doggie but well behaved. A fence yard would be ideal, but anything right now would be great, if anyone has or knows of one let me know Really need to keep it around 1200 dollars.

New Tampa, Lutz, Wesley Chapel even as far north as Spring Hill, or Brooksville, Carrollwood or Northdale would be ideal, but 1200 price range is going to be tough there.God's Speed!

I live right around USF, right now is the perfect time to get a rental around there because of the college kids being gone for the summer.

A good area is right off of Fletcher around 42nd, the price is still low and the kids will go to a really good school.

I know there are a lot of rentals in the neighborhood, but I am out of town until Friday so I can't get you any information.
